This acceptance is based on the review of the chemical constituents against appropriate FDA or USDA regulations or guidelines and the physical surface characteristics. Any change in formulation, label text, product or company name or address change without prior USDA acceptance renders this letter void. This does not constitute a USDA endorsement of the performance of this product.
